I had one zone in my yard where the system wasn’t working properly. I called one company and left a message but got no call back. I called Brothers and was quickly set up with an appointment date.

I mentioned my issue to my lawn guy, he brought up Brothers and I told him that they were already coming out to check my irrigation system.

This was our first visit for our annual treatment contract. Karen, the service technician was very professional and friendly. Was on time and did an excellent job covering all the outside areas that we requested. We did not need inside service at this time, but she was prepared to do so if we needed. I have had dealings with the owners as well for many years and they are extremely customer service oriented and are great to work with. Locally owned and operated. Great results, get compliments on my yard all the time

Engaged Brothers Pest after purchasing a new home that I saw cockroaches and wasps in/around. They came out and sprayed for me, the young lady who did the service was extremely friendly and nice and gave me some really good insight on preventative measures. Been living in for about 3 months and still haven’t seen any of the issues I had before their service.
P.S: The staff is very very nice, Sheryl in the office is a pleasure to deal with, and same with the owner Chad!
