Wow talk about great customer service and fair pricing. The office staff was great! I contacted Brother pest control over the weekend, as soon as the next buisness day rolled around the office staffed called and booked a appointment immediately with Chris Schmidt the same day! Chris was very knowledgeable and educated me on what I needed to know about my newley installed sod, he even adjusted my sprinklers without me even asking. Right then and there I knew I wanted to give these guys a try. The next day the team showed up and serviced my lawn. It has been a night and day difference in the color since they have been here. This is the best company. What sold me when I bought my home was the lawn. I of course wanted to keep the lawn looking the same so I thought the prior owner used trugreen. They completely messed up my lawn. Brown spots all over. I had to contact the prior owner for help and he gave me what he had been using for years, brothers pest control. The grass turned green again. I was and continue to be happy. I have a year using them and I have no complaints and will continue to use them as long as I live in my home.
Communication is also great, quick response.
