I called on Wednesday and was told the technician would be at my home on Friday. On Friday morning I called and was told he would be at my home after he took care of two other homes on my block…they had simple repairs, and my repair involved a tree root breaking the line. The tech arrived a little after 2 PM….I showed him where the water had been coming up. He diagnosed and repaired the line in approximately one hour. He also checked my whole system to see if there were any other issues. Lucky for me there were no others. Tyler was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. The woman in the office was very thorough and kept me updated on when Tyler would arrive. A very satisfying experience.

He was right – they know what they are doing and are the only ones able to make our lawn look its best. Dylan is our technician and he is always upbeat, informative, and takes personal pride in making our lawn look as good as possible. This was our first visit for our annual treatment contract. Karen, the service technician was very professional and friendly. Was on time and did an excellent job covering all the outside areas that we requested. We did not need inside service at this time, but she was prepared to do so if we needed. I have had dealings with the owners as well for many years and they are extremely customer service oriented and are great to work with. Locally owned and operated. I highly recommend Brothers Pest Control for all your pest control needs.

Awesome job! I can always count on Brothers with professional, quick to check problems, and dependable service on my lawn! Lots of my neighbors have joined up with them after seeing how good my lawn looks. They may be a bit more expensive but worth it. No nickle & diming for extra treatments that are needed.
